First Signs of Spring

The witch hazel bush is always the first to bring flowers to us in late February, signaling that spring isn't too far off.  So, this morning, after a night of heavy winds, rain and finally some snow, I went out and took a photo of our bush.  Unlike the groundhog, the witch hazel is a much better predictor of spring's arrival, thankfully.

The tomatoes keep on growing.  First flowers as it continues to snow in the background.
