Rainy Day Weekend

Another storm coming up from the south is making this weekend a washout.  My poor tomatoes plants are looking out the window, wondering where the sun might be and wanting to go out and play.  I have almost half of the plants now with flowers on them and I have used the electric toothbrush and my fingers to flick the flower for pollination.  This coming week is going to be rather delightful with plenty of sun and warm temps during the day.

I rebuilt a cold frame that worked for me quite well last year, fastening the hoops to the 2x4 better and putting on a new cover.  I will use that to cover some of the seedlings that I will put out once the weather improves.

The rest of the photos are just of the plants, as they move along.  Tomatoes (beefsteak for the main season), my wife's asters and forget me not flowers, broccoli, coleus just starting to get their real leaves.
