The Kitchen - The Saga Continues

Progress has been slow and deliberate as I try and continue learning to be patient and have some confidence in what I am doing.  Today, in preparation for the plumber coming to put in a new drain pipe for the sink and a water pipe for the ice maker in the refrigerator, I began cutting holes in the back of the sink cabinet for the water pipes.  I measured four times, all of them different marks, but finally did get it just correct.  So, I then placed all the bottom cabinets just to see how they will look, as they will need to be removed for the plumbing work.  I did finish putting on the doors of the upper cabinets and sealed the holes from the support 1x2 I used to level the upper cabinets. I ran into a problem on the other wall, however, as the cabinets are larger than the distance between the furnace switch and the light switch.  So, something is going to have to be moved.
