June is busting out all over
June is quickly coming to an end and the garden is flourishing. I have been able to keep up with the weeds, along with harvesting peas, cukes, yellow squash and even a few cherry tomatoes. The flowers around the property continue to bloom and even the Magnolia tree is having its second bloom. Keeping up with the weeding is a bit of a chore, but having wider planting rows has helped a lot. Putting cucumbers next to tomatoes is not such a good idea and that will change for next year, I think.
Daylillies coming into bloom. These came from Vermont.
